The 19th International Commandant and Commanders Conference (ICCC), is an esteemed gathering of CBRN experts and defence leaders from 19 nations. Where the topic this year was "CBRN in the Nordics – The implication on warfighting in the old and new NATO territory in the high North"

The 19th ICCC brings together CBRN commanders, NATO representatives, and key stakeholders to discuss the future of chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear defence. Held under the theme “CBRN in the Nordics – The implication on warfighting in the old and new NATO territory in the high North”, the conference highlighted the strategic importance of Nordic regions in evolving security dynamics.

Watchbird’s participation reflects our deep belief in the importance of cross-national learning and the value of understanding the real-world challenges faced by CBRN personnel. Engaging with end-users, sharing perspectives, and strengthening networks across disciplines and borders is essential to shaping resilient and adaptive capabilities, especially in regions with demanding climates and complex threat environments.
